Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 12 days. If 12 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please email customer service at customerservice.lucyandlou@gmail.com with your order number. We will then issue a return authorization (RA) to you upon approval of return.

Please do not send your purchase back to Lucy and Lou Boutique until prompted by customer service.

Refunds (if applicable):
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit to Lucy and Lou Boutique will be sent to you via the email address provided, within 7 business days. The credit you recieve will be minus initial shipping costs. 

Non-returnable items:
Sale items, Giveaways, Lingerie, Intimates, Swimwear, Accessories, Yoga Pants, Leggings, and Gift cards

Exchanges:

Please contact our customer service at customerservice.lucyandlou@gmail.com if you would like an exchange. We can not guarantee that we will have the item you'd like to exchange for, but if we do we would be happy to make this transaction. You will be responsible for the shipping of the returned item. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your store credit after the 7 business days of us confirming we received your item, first check your email and possibly spam again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at customerservice.lucyandlou@gmail.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defected Items:
If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 5 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 5 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
